I am a resident of kharar and having 3 phase meter (A/c no. [protected]) installed at my residence in my name. The reading of the meter was taken on 5.2.18 and it was brought to my notice by the person taking reading that the meter is dead. I gave an application on 5.2.18 requesting for replacement of meter. I have paid the current electric bill rs.7970/- on 12.02.18. On 15.2.18 i visited the electricity board office and came to know that no action has been taken on my application dated 5.2.18 and on my follow up it was entered in the system on 15.2.18. On 16.2.18 i again inquired about its status and was informed that you can contact mr. Happy on 19.2.18 as 17th and 18th are holidays. On 19th i tried to contact the desired person a number of times throughout the day but in vain. Ultimately mr. Happy picked the phone around 4.45 pm and informed that it will take time as other complaints for replacement have not yet been attended. It is around 20 days but till date the meter has not been replaced. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and intervene for replacement of faulty electric meter at the earliest.

I beg to say that i pay my electricity bill throw sbi netbanking
an amount has been debit from my account but bill not paid
i attach the bank Ref. no please read the attachment and solved my problem as soon as possible.
