Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Temporary meter security not adjusted

Dear concern,
I have surrendered my old meter and taken permanent meter Temporary meter [protected] and till date 5000 rs not refunded my new meter account no— [protected]

Kindly adjust all security in new meter bill

Also consider my complaint that they have not refunded my bill and also they have not given bill from last 8 months
