Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Three face problems

Hello i m ramesh kumar s/o. Brij lal from goniana mandi i have 3face connection. But. From few days ago there is only 1 face n i m unable start my electricity and i m already submit my complaint in your office but nobody came to me to resolve my problem so plez provide an engineer to solve my problem.
