Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — to change my billing address

Dear sir,
This is regarding billing address on electricity bill is not in details, which is not accepted by any govt/non-govt being a address proof, i am sincerely requesting kindly, please correct my billing address as mentioned below:

House no. 10-b, 2nd floor lmperial garden vrindavan road infront of trishala little india pir machhaila dhakauli sas nagar mohali -140603.
