Unable to pay bill online through SAP portal of Consumer no. L21GR670785X, Contract No. [protected]. Bill amount is not showing in SAP portal. Complaint lodged on 05/08/2015 with complaint no ____ and got automatically closed on 11/08/2015 without any resolution and no call & mail received by company. Very silly and unsatisfactorily service.

My account no is G31CF250421K.I have paid my bill[protected] online, but receipt has not generated.Transaction discription are IBP BILLDESK[protected]-2014.Transaction date is[protected].Kindly update my bill status.
