I have attempted to pay my latest electrical bill of rs. 7260 as per sms recieved on registered mobile number [protected].
During transaction after submitting otp i recieved message from your website saying "we are unable to process the request"
But at the same time i recieved conformaiton from my bank sms that a transaction has been done of inr 73, 282.44 at punjab state power cor (july 08, 2016; 15:01:15 hrs.). there has been mistake from my side to input the bill amount as 72600 in place of 7260.
After consulting the bank they have asked me to get an email conformation from your side that this amount will not be claimed from your side on my id kumul. [protected]@gmail.com
It is still showing unclaimed.
Can somebody from your side may please contact me @ [protected] my personal number and advice what can be done further.
I will pay the outsdanding amount for bill at the earliest once this transaction is declined from your side.
Kindly decline this payment and i shall recieve it back from the bank.
