I am writing this in the continuation of the problems that i had to face due to poor service provided by the lineman from the electricity board with reference to the complaint number: 14632398
There is electric power cut since yesterday night which due to which we all have to face huge problems.
The complaint was raised to pspcl in the morning and one lineman was assigned to solve the issue. As suggested by a representative from pspcl, i called the lineman in the morning and he conveyed that the issue will be resolved in the next half hour.
As you know, the peak summer time is going on and without electricity, spending even bit of time is challenging, but as suggested by assigned lineman, i waited for more than 2 hours but no revert came from the lineman.
Finally, after huge frustration, i called lineman asking about the status of my complaint and i was very disappointed by the reaction i received from the lineman. He was very rude in speaking and state “i am not the responsible person now, call someone else ”. He further added that “i came to check but couldn’t find the cause for the power cut but in reality, i am waiting since morning and no one came to check the issue”.
Being the responsible citizen and consumer from pspcl, i urge you to take the necessary action regarding my complaint against line man’s unprofessional and rude behavior.
