Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Unnecessary power cuts

There are such unnecessary power cuts during rain and when rain stops it takes around 12 hours to supply electricity.
On 4th june they stop the supply of electricity just because the india pak match and when india wins at that moment we got electricity.
Such unnecessary power cuts
On 11th may the result day for elections, they also power cut for whole day!!!
What the hell they are doing?
I am from loharan village near lambra distt. Jalandhar
Our power house is at village chitti
Please take strict action against them
