My consumer number is p41uf293161l. The bill was issued on 21/5/2016. But till submitting of this complaint the bill was not uploaded on website. The last date for depositing the bill is 3/6/2016 and with cheque the last date for depositing the bill is 6/6/2016. It is normal routine that bill are not uploaded in time and then there is penalty imposed on the consumer or the consumer is forced to pay it either through cheque or stand in queue. Either you withdraw this facility and if facility is to continue then it is requested that it should properly facilitate the consumer. It is really a embarrassing experience that the attitude of the people at corporation has not changed despite of change of structure from board to corporation. Electricity bill was generated after six month, as new meter was installed on 31/12/2015.
Bill was generated on 29/06/2016, till date 08/07/2016 bill has not been uploaded and due date is 12/07/2016
Please guide me how I pay bill timely.
