Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Variance in voltage & instability

Dear sir,
Request you to please help to check & resolve, as we are running the sale & service related office, from lat four days back due to exceed voltage & unexpected jumping & variance of voltage all our computer & accessories are stuck off, & non functional. Now the estimate cost to repair the same is aprox.. 1.25 lacs,

Please help to depute some senior engg & resolve as early as possible...
