Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — very low voltage/ power cut

Getting very low voltage and countinus electricity cuts in new vikash nagar baltana, zirakpur. Every day facing same issue but no one take nessary action because punjab govt. Staffs have full facilities. But sir we don't have same facilities to survive in this temperature.
So, kindly take action on it.
