From yesterday there is a high amount of fluctuation in our postal colony, Rishi Nagar. No action has been taken since then. All the resident members are facing allot of problems due to the same. Please resolve this as soon as possible.if any of our appliances will be damaged your department will be responsible for the same I.e Pspcl and kindly sir explain the meaning of 'attractive complaint'
