Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — why sundry charges and arrears curr. fin. yr.?

Dear sir,

I received bill with sundry charges and arrears curr. Fin. Yr.. Pfa the screenshot showing the same. Could you please explain what are these charges? I have cleared all the bills, and no amount is due from the previous bills. Please give details.

Where can i call you? Tried various numbers found on the net but some don't work and some are wrong!
