Respected sir/madam good morning,
I have electricity account number [protected]. I have paid electricity bill on 11.09.2017 for the month of july 2017 @ rs 13760/- vide receipt number[protected]. Bill for the month of july & august 2017 with fine sent to me on 15 october 2017 @ rs 33281/-. Therefore i have requested in pspcl office kapurthala to check the meter reading and bill for its correction. Thereafter bill again generated on 11.12.2017 with fine @ rs 36220/-. I have again requested but no action has been taken. Due to non payment of bills my electricity meter was switched off by the staff on 25.01.2018 and again bill received on 05.02.2018 @ rs 38790/-. Moreover i have no inverter ac, geyser /blower/room heater etc is held in my home.
It is also for your information that my home is locked from 9.00am to 5.00pm on daily basis being away myself on office duty, meter is also installed outside from my home. This meter is installed for daily home usage of electricity. Humble request to pass necessary direction to your staff (Pspcl) to generate a correct bill for payment. Moreover it is also submitted your staff has also changed the earlier meter without my information in december 2017 without my complaint. Now bill also received even after switching off the meter continuously.
Also request to switch on the meter since the summer session is started.
