This is to inform you that we received much higher electricity bill in the month of march'19&april'19 than our normal consumption as meter was running fast for which we raised issue to line man and he took away the meter (Receipt date - 14/5/19, amount rs 142/-, acno - z74zr401253w) for checking and asked us to pay 50% of the bill, took faulty meter for checking and replaced with other meter, most recently couple of days back on asking the outcome of the faulty meter no proper reply or any receipt given and line man is asking to pay balance outstanding bill amount for no reason stated, now if you check on billing portal in billing history these month bills have been removed and arrears have been added to the latest bill for rs 3732/-.
