Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — wrong consumer account number credited -

Hello sir/madam,

My consumer number is [protected] and i was making my bill payment of amount
8200 but instead of my account bill was credited to consumer number[protected] which is in the name of renu sharma. Kindly help in this matter and provide details of same so that i can handle... Below is screenshot of the same
