Dear sir,
We are residing in paramount heritage zirakpur. We are paying electricity bill in every month.in last to last month when we received a bill its a -7500 rs. When we ask meter reading man (Mr. Baljeet singh) about this, he checked our meter n said that you meter is not working from last few month we said that is not our mistake. If meter is not working, how can u send the bill in every month that means u are not taking meter reading. Than he said mam the bill you receive is average bill. Than he is worried about this -7500 bill. He took that bill n destroyed the - 7500 bill and said mam pls dont discuses the same with anyone i will provide u the new bill n i will register your complaint regarding meter damaged. He provide us a new average bill very next morning. He said dept has no new meter in present, we will change when we have the new one.1 week (In august) before he came and our meter has been changed. But now we received the bill more than average approx 9000 rs. When we ask that man pls correct the bill as we meter is not working n average bill is[protected], than how u can send 9000 rs bill. He said ab apko bharna padega.
We visited the bijli board zirakpur to adjust the bill, they give us different statement. They said this bill is against your last year average bill. Aapko dena padega. The guys sitting in deptt to help the people or to cover the mistakes of their employees. I request you to please take strict action against that meter reading guy n his 2 of assistant who help his to generate the incorrect bill. As a common man i m not able to pay this much of amount. Pls change our bill.
