Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — wrong electricity bill for unit f443, phase 8b mohali

This is regarding the wrong bill printed for unit f443, phase 8b for amount 50170. Averahe electricity bill for last 6 months were coming was 5k but this month it is very high 50k (Bill is for 2 months) and we are not able to understand. Request you to check and do the rectification immediately so my tenant can clear the bill on priority. My Account number L31RK530006L . I online pay electricity bill 5420 Rs date 03/09/2018. Payment debit my account 5420 Rs . But receipt Not done.

Received bill no.[protected], dated 10/09/2018 which shows old reading for the time period which has been paid online on 1/8/2018 against recpt. no[protected]bill no.114386, dated 16/7/2018).Attached are the receipt of bill paid and the that of new bill.Would appreciate if this issue is sorted out at the earliest.
