No body is residing on the above address & no electricity is being consumed but the mester is fast running & as such giving wrong readings & moreover the digits are showing double line numbers & not properly read which create confusion about its correctness. Many times I have complained at PSPCL office at Mall Mandi, Amritsar & the bill is corrected but the problem is not resolved permanently which is possible with change of meter only. Please change the meter immediately to enable me to pay correct reading bill which is fair & justified for both.
