Dear sir/madam, good evening. I had competed my hotel management course and sis semester exams from kolkata based institute under punjab technical university. I had completed bsc. (Hotel & tourism management) april 2014. My role number is [protected]. I have been waiting for my certificate since more than 2 years. I haven't received my degree and certificate of graduation b sc. (Hotel & tourism mgt) till date. I am having lot of problems due to this. I am not able to get admission in any postgraduate courses nor i am able to get any job. It is spoiling my career. I have told several times to the institute head but she says that university is not giving any response. Please extend me necessary support so that i can start my life with your help. Please find enclosed mark sheets received from the institute/university for your reference.
