Punjab Technical University — did not get the graduation mark sheet, certificate

Dear sir,

I am writing this complaint from uluberia of howrah district of west bengal state, actually i took admission from iamhm institute o[censored]luberia, which college is affiliated to p. T. U. After passed of 3rd semester, they did not give me
4th semester to 6th semester results as well my graduation certificate and last three semesters result.
