Punjab Technical University — I am not able to access previous year question papers

Respected sir/mam,

I am a student of b.pharmacy 8th sem and i am not able to access previous year question paper in my login id. And this issue is coming from last 1 month please resolve it because as our exams are coming closer we need to get through these papers.
