Punjab Technical University — Name correction

I am a student of Doaba group of colleges mohali
Name: Sungeeta Devi
Roll no: 2004224
Class: MBA 1st year
Dear: Sir/Mam
My roll no id is come to me on 3rd March. My name spelling is not correct in the id.its Sungeet devi and my correct name is Sungeeta Devi. I can complaint PTU many more times by the email but they can't any correction of my id name. Now more than 3 month and the are not respond my calls and email so please help me and correction of my name in my roll no id. I shall be very thankfull to you for this
