Punjab Technical University — needs clarification about internal reappear exams

I have some internal backlog supple papers of 1 and 4 semester papers in bsc hmctt under ptu. I want to know how can i clear my internal backlog papers? Will i have to give fine to the college i am studying and give those internal exams again of the internal supple papers? Kindly help me out sir.
