Query for migration certificate was posted many days before now in overdue status
Mailed so many times called so many times but didn’t got any solution rather was misbehaved by the female staff on toll free query contact numbersGud afternoon,
This is Gaganpreet Kaur and I want to share the worst experience of employees sitting in the university. I posted a query in helpdesk from last so many days and I am mailing regarding it continusly but I haven’t got any reply to it this is the first worst experience but this is not just it there are toll free numbers given on site firstly alll numbers are not working secondly if working no one is picking it thirdly if by mistake they pick it even then they talk in such a rude way that they are doing job for our sake and salary is being paid to us and forth they don’t even give solution to it I think people sitting there are for our future but here what I am at position is that my studies are on stake jst bcos of my migration certificate which I requested on HELPDESK as per my college instructions I feel ashamed to be a part of such university where people are sitting not to make our future but destroying are future actually I raised this query bcos I am not in a state to come to university as I am 8months pregnant I think this was something which was not at all important to mention but I am feeling so hopeless that I have to tell it may b the ladies working over there who jst ignored my phone call and talked rudely and. Didn’t have me solution may realise bcos they might also b in the same situation before or in coming years
