Punjab Technical University — Pending salary not cleared from las 2 years

Sir/Mam
I was working as assistant professor in SPCET college, lalru, distt. mohali, punjab in civil engg department. I was working there from 9 AUG 2017 to 23 Dec 2018 and resigned because of health issues.Sir/Mam they have not cleared my salary of last 2 month till date.I have called them mailed them but get no response.I want my salary to be clered as soon as possible.
