Punjab Technical University — Refund related issue

Hello sir My name is Aman Kumar Chandal. I am BSC IT 1st semester student. I study in swami sarvanand institute of management and technology. My roll number is 2214334. I my examination fees I paid for the PTU exam in which my fee was debited twice. I am doing contact verify on PTU Exam but there I am not getting the OTP of the email please refund my fee. please solve my issue as soon as possible.
