Punjab Technical University — regarding btech degree

I am student of ptu studied in khalsa college of engineering &technology. I did my degree last year but, my father name was incorrect in degree. I applied for official degree on 7/9/18 and staff said to me degree will be dispatched from 18/9/18. Now present time i did not recieve my degree yet. So i requested to you please dispatch my degree earlier... I m waiting for my degree...
