Punjab Technical University — Semester mark-sheets and course completion certificate is still pending

Hi, I have completed my graduation final semester in 2014. It's been more than a year and half that I haven't received my first and second semester mark-sheets and second semester results. I have contacted my college several times and they claim to have emailed and tried to reach PTU for the same with no success. I emailed at [protected]@gmail.com twice, but there were no replies whatsoever. I even called their office where this lady repeats the same line without listening to anything you have to say, go to the website and submit some form to get the data. Which I did.
