Hello sir/ma'am

My name is Kawleen Rakhra. I was a student in Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna affiliated under Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. My Roll Number was[protected]. I am unable to login to the portal for applying the transcript. http://support.ptu.ac.in/. I tried to do Forget password as well but I am not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile number.
