Punjab Technical University — upload reissue degree, provisional degree and migration certificate

My first degree, provisional degree and migration certificate damage due to lamination p. T. U submit these damage certificate and reissue new certificate by post but these certificates not upload into student login id and bar code not of these certificate not work so please upload these certificate into student login id
