To whomsoever it may concern,
I have completed my graduation in 2020 i applied for the dmc three months ago ...its been so many days i need my dmc on urgent basis ... everytime i go college or university they tell me that i have to wait for 1 week now its been three months...it feels like mental torcher...i am married and have 2 years old baby...its difficult for me to leave my baby and come to patiala everytime.
