i had order online puppy saint Bernard, from
puppies4sale.in
dayal pet center, madhya pradesh
mr deepak khatwani /manish khatwani,
against which they had commited me to provide certain documents with the puppy as follows

registration certificate
health certificate
breed information guide
food diet chart
free health training sessions

before getting the delivery i faced many problem from the company, delivery was not on time, it took almost 1 months, secondly the staff was rude enough, i did not get any invoice copy or genuine certificate from the company

i need k c i registration certificate for my puppy . kindly note the details of company

no its a lie i have not got any legal documents till now ...even i did nt get the grooming products i paid for anyway i m not concern for that i need original papers

still at present there is no reply from the puppies4sale team, nor no response on the no [protected] .hence i would request consumer team to take necessary action against them, its been high team of patience and troubles i am facing .

On 25 Dec14 I decided to bye a Lab puppy from

I was about to pay Rs.500 /- as an advance to the company .In the mean while I thought of checking the reputation of Dayal pet centre, Bhopal and saw the above compalint.I discussed with Madam Dipika about this complaint but I got I got very rude and blunt reply that 'APKO PUPPY LENA HAI TO LIJIYE NAHI TO MAT LIJIYE'.There after I dropped the idea to buy puppy from them.Now it is up to you to bue puppy from them or not.

Ordered a lab female puppy from Manish and the one these people got was a cross breed...ofcourse didnt give out any document. She was not healthy aswell... Trying to contact Manish with no response for long time now... Looking for a resolution and an expert advise on filling a legal complaint against them...
