Puranik — not refunding my deposit amount

I have booked a flat no 405 JBC from m/s puranik builders for their puranik city, neral project on Nov 2018 and i paid total rs 54000/-

Mr. vishal (Sales executive - puranik builder) did the deal with me and he clearly said i have to pay only rs 999/- for 24 months and remaining amount after 24 months

understand that there is an agreement in between builder & few banks for providing loan on behalf of me and i need to apply for a loan.due to NRI reason the same plan could not get approved.

Then I spoke Vishal on Jan 2019 and asked him to cancel the plan and refund my advance of 54000 which he agreed to. He advise to follow up with Rohit sales manager, and then after following up with Rohit for more then 6 to 7 month he advise me to follow with one more employee(SIDDHESH) when I asked him for payment he is just saying it’s with director since October 2019.

Request for your help to get my money back from the builder immediately, if any proof required pls advice will forward the same and also the chat between the Puranik employee and me.
