Our owner: Puraram Patel has cheated us. We moved out of his property on 1st August 2017 by giving 1 month advance notice but now he is unwillingly to return the deposit. As per the rent agreement, the refund amount is (deposit - 1 month rent). now he is making fake claims and refuse to return the deposit. he has also sorted to wrong measures. he is using foul language to talk to us.
earlier we used to transfer rent via online transaction. now post demonetisation, since December 2016 he started taking rent in cash with no receipt so as to save him from the Tax submission
