I have booked the flat B2-2B-505 in Park Square (Park one) and already paid 20% of the total flat value. Since 27 Nov 2020 Purvankara is asking for payment for the completion of excavation work. As a allotte I have requested Purvankara to provide the building license for 2B tower or any other approval from BBMP for the commencement of construction. I have requested the CRM team to provide the valid documents for the commencement of work for 2B tower; till now, copies are not furnished. I have also asked for providing the allotment letter as per the agreement section 3.2 a, however a valid allotment letter is not given to me till now. After frequently asking CRM team to give me the allotment letter in the name of Provident without an authorized signature. I have asked CRM team that, in RERA website allotment letter uploaded for the park square project is in the name of Purvankara. We have also requested to provide the Architect report (Form V) for the progress claim of 2B tower, however not shared the valid Architect report (Form V) till now. CRM team continuously sending reminders for the payment of excavation. I am ready to pay the payment, if Purvankara is ready to produce the building licensee for 2B tower. Without a building licensee, no builder can start the work. Hence I can not pay for the excavation work. I have attached the non-valid allotment letter (without any authorized signature and date) and architect reports. I am submitting the complaint a second time; the first time, there was no response to my request. If there is no response to my second request, I will register a complaint in RERA
