Puravankara Projects — Refund of 1 lac

My name is mithun shetty and have blocked the flat in Puravankara palm beach project during the 2nd lockdown period.the representative at that time informed that we need to pay 1 lac to block the flat and if during the visit we didn’t like the project then the overall amount would be refunded.so we paid 1 lac and blocked the flat.on 29th August 2021 we visited the place and didn’t liked the location and told to cancel the booking and refund the amount.we have been continuously been following up and Nobody is responding or giving any feedback.its really a unprofessional behaviour from Puravankara.
