Dear sir/madam,

I recently purchased pureit water purifier on 14 th February 2023 .
model name - Pureit copper water purifier with ro uv and eco minerals Top end model . https://www.pureitwater.com/copper-eco-as

After 1 week usage we started to face foul smell of pureit water which we are not able to drink . While purchasing the product the dealer did not inform us about the foul smell . The technician came for service and changed the carbon and membrane but still the problem did not solve. Instead the technician asked us to compromise with the taste of water for two months which I am not willing to .

I requested the dealer to take back the product by today and do the refund immediately . The dealer refused to do the refund.

Please some one help me with this problem so that I can get the refund immediately .
