Purple metrolink staff is rude.. There is no proper response.. Yst while coming bck frm pune to mumbai... There was some engine issue.. And we where made to get down from bus.. On express highway.. Den it was promise to us that bus dey will send... One empty for 46 customer we are.. First bus came and there was nly plc of 20 of dem... Secnd only 3.. Aftrer waiting for 3 nd hlf hour at xpress highway on risk of our life.. We got the bus... There was repeated contaxt made by us and our family member but not a single empty bus was sended to us.. There was ignorance... Dey juat adjusted us on left over seats... I request all not to go for dis bus evr... Worst experience Was this information helpful? |
