Pushpalata Rao — Hopeless vodaphone very bad service

With the utmost disgust & regret my choice of vodaphone completely & will tell all my whatssapp contacts how HORRIBLE your customer service is. My data dongle number is[protected].I had subscribed for a rs 1250 pack in jan this year that gave me 8 gb data.I used it until july & my neeeds changed so I logged onto your online chat & asked them to change my pack from 1250 rs to 250 rs minimum. I have the full chat transcript which confirmed my request wud be handled within 48 hrs & that by 4th july my billing wud change to the new plan.That did not happen.I recd the full bill & upon rct of that I snet out two mails with the complete details to the customre care mail id. The 1st response seemed from a person who could not read or understand english as the details I had provided had all the info which the said person very irresponsibly asked me to provide. Second response was to have resolved my issue but to date nothing has happened.I have again recd a bill for the full amount & I went to the vodaphone centre in panjim & expressed my situation to one staff called Manthesh, He said within 2 hours the service wud be activated.That was 3 days ago.My repeated phone calls to him on his number [protected] got no reply nor did he even bother to call back.I even sent him an sms asking if he cared to reply but no response.This kind of attitude makes me believe that your company is far too well off & does not need any more clients & I am sure your staff like Manthesh will ensure you achieve that very easily & very soon. I had made a payment of Rs.500 on account & want to know if this mail message will be responded too or will it be treated like Manthesh treats his customers. I am forwarding a copy of this to the consumer forum also & wish to get all aware the kind of servIce one can expect from vodaphone. I can be reached on [protected]@GMAIL.COM.
