I hv booked a 500sq Plot in PP Town Phase -1, Project located at agra Mathura Highway in 2006. We have paid Rs. 2.50 Lac. Since last 8 years Builder has done nothing at site. Since last 5 years Builder misguided and not giving any date of completion of project. He is not refunding Money witrh Interest. Pl. Help and do some action agt Builder for refunds of money with Interest.
