[Resolved]  Pvr Cinemas, Vijayawada — wrong issue of movie tickets

I am an senior section engineer in indian railways and we were deeply hurt with the inconvenience caused due to carelessnes of your staff at vijayawada today at 5 pm in your mall while we (Two in person) went to watch escape plan 2 movie in the evening. Instead of giving tickets to the above said movie, they issued tkts to incredibles 2 (3d) movie and charged 300 instead of 236rs for two tkts. I was confused with that and asked in the counter and they replied it was 3d. So we went to the audi 4 as it is already show time. But to shock we found that we came to incredibles movie after 10 minutes as show has began. As already late and other movie began in audi 3, we went ahead to watch escape plan movie as there was no time to complain (Mistakes happen) to take corrective action. But in the middle of the movie, tkts been checked by your staff and we were asked to come out from the movie. We explained the situation, but they bluntly refused and asked us to go to the other movie incredibles 2 in the other auditorium or to vacate and go out. We went to the tkt counter and enquired about the lady who issued us tkts, she was not there and others are not willing to accept the mistake happened and refused to take action. Downheartedly, eventhough i am an respectable railway personnel, i was fooled and made to walk out from your mall without watching the movie. Ofcourse mine is 50 percent mistake n the issue. But you too bear the responsibility of other half as who will check the issued tkts in the current booking as it was already show beginning time. I became fool in front my son too.in future we will never visit your malle anywhere as it was a very bitter experience to us. I don't know whether to share this with anybody else as it may bring down your esteemed standards? It is upto you to take necessary corrective actions so that it will never be recurred to anybody and your reputation will go down henceforth. Ofcourse my decision of not visiting your multiplex again may not affect you. But definitely customer satisfaction must be your motto
