At the time of swipping card, transaction was failed due to server down and connection error was shown on the system, but immediately there was a message to my mobile..
. Inr 472 was spent on your credit card xx2658 on 09-may-18 at pvr limited. Avbl lmt: rs.17186

But it was failed booking, and i can’t book the tickets by the credit card..

So kindly refund the amount rs 472 /-
On my credit card.
