I am a post graduate in msw and while i searching for some online jobs for pocket money. I have recived a call from krupa arora on 16/04/2019 and they told me that 25rs for one form and duration will be 9 days. Finaly i sighned the agreement and it itself shows that whether i failed to complete the work i have to pay 4700 and if i failed the agremnt will be cancelled. After a day on 17th april i understood that i cant complete the work and i contacted the help line they said that u can pay 4700 and leave after 9 days you have to pay 9400 or some thing... Finaly i paid it and they provided noc on 17/04/2019.. After a month i got a call from an advocate i am going to file the case other wise you have to present in the court and so and so other wise provide an amount of 9400 before 4:30 pm. I mentioned about the noc and they said that agrement is not cancelled. I contacted the noc department and they said that the agrement is already cancelled.. I avoided that for around 10 months no calls or emails.. Yesterday 29/01/2020 i have got a call from adv mukesh yadav (Advocate associate).. You have to present in delhi high court by a day between 11- 1 pm and pay 29500 other wise court will take strict action in this. He offered that if you pay the amount before 4:30 they will provide the clearence.. Provided me account details by mail and whatsapp... And they are tourturing me...
1) agrement it is clearly quoted that the case will be on auragabad court
2) the sighned agrement doesnt have a serial number
3) if you failed to submit the data company will terminate the contract
4) i have an noc with me and their department itself said that agrement is cancelled.
Still they are harassing me by emails..
