[Resolved]  Pxv — company is cheating

On 26 june 2019, i got a call from tanwi (Ph: [protected]) and she told me that if i do their captcha work, they will pay me 22500 per 10 days work and asked me for my adhaar card pic on whatsapp which i shared as i had tensions of my exams so couldn't thought of here and there. After a day one or two, they sent me email regarding some agreement and told me to sign at the end digitally; my badluck i was on the way to exam, so didn't read it fully. After that, some pallawi on 28 june 2019, 12:05 am (Ph: [protected]) called me and verified that i have to work..
Later when i finished exams, i called the same tanwi and wanted to ask abut some issues related to their app and as well about internet shutdown in our valley. I also sent her a whatsapp message. Till today i got no reply. Today i receive an email from some advocatesimran. [protected]@gmail.com and they say that pxv company has sent them my file and that i have not submitted my work, and ask for some charges and saying bla bla bla. As i have stated, the fault is at all theirs, please help me get out of this trouble.

Received the following email from ConsumerComplaints.in hope the issue is solved. If after this, I face any trouble; I will move to offline procedures.. ____ This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you thank you And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, so in short you dont have to pay anything, So do resolve your complaint without forgetting only after this mater will be closed.
