Pxv — fake job

I applied for part time job of captcha typing via c jobs app. They asked my adhar card via whatsapp. I sent it. They said that 5000 will be deducted from my 1st salary as application and maintenance fees. They said the work will be started within 24 hrs. But i didnt get the mail. So when i called them, they said that their server was down due to rain. I got the link with great difficulty and i downloaded their mycaptcha app. I logged into it. I started to work. But while working as soon as i typed 150 captcha, it went back to 0. I tried it 100 times, but the same happened. So when i tried to contact the helpline number given below in that application, it was a fake number and showed that the number did not exhist. So i tried to contact the person who gave me the work. But everytime they used to reject my call or they used to switchoff their phones. So i tried to call from a different number. But the thing i noticed was that it showed invalid number. When i again tried to call in my phone number, they were rejecting my calls. So i thought that they were using fake phone numbers. When i checked all their numbers in truecaller, it showed it as fake job. So i was tired of trying to do that fake job. So i left it as it is. Later after nearly a month i got a mail from adv. K. R. Mane advocate association saying that i had to pay the fine for not completing the work of rs.5000+3000 or the case will be filed against me. When i called him he spoke very rudely to me and said whatever i had to say i had to tell it in the court. But i am residing in karnataka, how can i go to maharashtra for it! Leaving my studies? So, i complained to cyber police in online via my gmail, but i didnt get any response. I even tried call them, but they did not recieve my calls.
So i am in a total confusion of what next!
