[Resolved]  Pxv — fraud company pxv forcing me to commit suicide

I had applied for a part time job from a website named “ clickindia”. After that i got a call from a company named “pxv”. Then they told me what kind of job i have to do and after i agreed they asked me for my personal details like name, mail id, mobile number and an id proof. I gave all the details as i was willing to do the job. After submitting the details they sent me a mail containing the agreement. The agreement was on an online portal. On agreement there was a point written that if i could not finish the job on a given timeline then i have to pay them an amount which was ₹5100/- or else my account will be terminated. And nothing more was mentioned about any extra money. So i agreed and signed the agreement. Then they provided me with a login id and password and an apk file of their android application. So i started doing my task but somehow i failed to do the task within the given time period that is 10days. They told me since my task was incomplete so i have to pay ₹5100/- then they will give me a new task/job. Since this is a 11 month agreement so this will continue for 11 months. Hearing this i told them that i want to cancel the bond. They told me if i cancel it then i have to pay ₹8000/- to them then there will be no problem. So i paid them the requested amount i. E ₹8000/-. On receiving the amount they sent me a letter of noc. After getting noc there was no problem. My account was closed. I thought everything went right and problem was solved.

But on 11th june 2019 i received a call from the advocate from the company. He told me that i have to pay ₹18, 000/- for cancelling the 11 month bond or else they will file a cse on me and the case will be taken to the court and if the case is taken to the court then i have to pay more ₹1.5lac to the maharashtrian court. Then again after sometime they called me and threatened me. I told them that i already paid ₹8000/- but they replied that ₹5100/- was penalty charges and ₹3000/- was for noc. Now to cancel the bond i have to pay ₹18000/- and i gave me a deadline till 12:30 pm. On 11th of june 2019 and threatened me again. I told them that people from your company only told that if i pay ₹8000/- then the bond will get cancelled and i have the voice record also. They threatened me again and told nothing will be proved with the voice record that you made. Then they told that ₹8000/- was for 1month bond, for the entire 9 months you have to pay ₹18000/- to cancel the bond. At first they told me that ₹5100/- was for penalty and ₹3000/- was for noc and now they are telling that ₹8000/- was for cancelling 1 month bond only. They are giving different excuses for the money. Then a message came containing legal notice that a case has been registered on me under section 420 and section 406 and later sent me another text message stating an internal case[protected] has been listed on 11/06/2019 for proceedings.

After complaining here i got call and email from that company and they told me to mark resolve my issue. I asked for clearance certificate so that they will not harrass me anymore. But they assured me that i will not get any email or call from them and they will not disturb me. So i marked resolved. Everything was ok then. No problem occurred.

But on 15th july i got a email including user id and password from that company. It was written that my account is activated successfully. I just ignored the email. No problem occurred. But today i. E. 27th july, 2019 i got email and message also. They told to contact with them and pay money.

Please help me. They are disturbing and threating me continuously. I am getting depressed. I already paid rs. 8000/- with so many difficulties
Now i have no other option except suicide. If this thing runs continuously i have to commit suicide.
Please take step against them. Please. It's request from my heart. Please save me.
