Qatar Airways — Refund not issued for Cancelled flight

Hi,

I booked flight with Qatar airways from their own site from New Delhi to USA for date April 2, on 31st march I got notification of flight cancellation from Qatar airways, then I got from their customer care that flight is cancelled. As flight was cancelled just 2 days before travel, I requested them to adjust me somewhere or double check if flight is cancelled or not, and they said it is cancelled and I can get refund. Then I immediately booked another flight from other airlines paid lot of extra money. I called customer care of Qatar, and asked for refund they gave me a reference number and said I will get my refund within a month. It has been more than a month and I tried reaching there customer care through fb, but I am not getting any positive response or my refund.

FYI: flight was completely cancellable flight when I booked from Qatar airways site. I have bared loss of more then what original ticket was already by finding flight at the last moment, and I am not even getting my refund.

This was my pnr number TCSFYZ.
