I have ordered IR thermometer kit with qb business solutions Pvt Ltd for HelpUp India kit #PREM5856 on 18.07.2020 by paying Rs 999 by paying on line
I received the kit on 31.07.2020 through xpressbees AWB[protected]
But instead of IR THERMOMETER. One cylindrical shape item is provided
I want this to be replaced
They have provided one mask, one set of gloves, one sanitation liquid as per commitment -- But they have not provided the Infra red thermometer
I need this to be replaced with the ordered IR thermometer
