Qiku Mobile — Repair of handset

I nitin kale given my handset in pune, pimperi service center in month of 14 march 16 and still i not replacement of my hanset inspiteof paid advance payment of 3000/- and after so many follow up to service center they are unable to answer when m going to get my handset,

Imei2: [protected].

If with in week m not going to get my handset replacement or any information that with in how many days m going to get my replacement, then i will make compliant/case in in consumer court and well as in trai. And in normal court also.

Despite of several follow up to your service center iam not yet received my phone after more the 5 months also,
I got sms from your company that please collect your handset as early as possible, after this sms also service center told that your hand set not yet received and that was company computerized generated sms u will get with in four days your handset, and now for this matter also 10 days gone and suddenly yesterday i got called from delhi as he told me that your handset not yet fix bec your back pannel has damage, as my back panel was not at all damage when i was submitted my handset it was only screen damage and i got quotation of 7000/- after your service station investigated,
And that time service person was told me that i will get handset replacement because company not having spare part,
After 5 to 6 month also i am not getting my handset,
If iam not going to get reply from company i am going to compliant against company in consumer court and in media
